Two friends, Saurav Chowdhary and Saiyam Mehra, shared a simple yet powerful idea:
to bring the deliciousness of Shawrma to India, reimagined.
They envisioned a product that was not just tasty but also easy to eat, healthy, and incredibly affordable – a snack that could be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.
Their journey began humbly, with a single outlet in Mani Square Mall's food court. We poured our hearts and souls into crafting the perfect Shawrma, experimenting with flavors and ensuring every bite was an explosion of taste.
And the response? Overwhelming! The community embraced Desi Shawrma with open arms, and our little stall quickly became a local favorite.
But we never stopped dreaming big.
This January 19th, we're thrilled to announce the grand opening of our second outlet! It's a significant milestone, a testament to the unwavering support of our customers and the dedication of our incredible team.
